National Museums NI

 

The brief was to segment National Museums’ online audiences. FN Research submitted a very considered research proposal which clearly demonstrated a good understanding of our needs and our audiences. A particular strength was the attention paid to our target audiences and a variety of approaches to reach and include them in the research. We didn’t have any best practice to follow and upon appointment we worked closely with FN Research to develop the research methodology.

The project was qualitative in nature and multi-faceted with challenging recruitment. FN Research delivered everything on time, on brief and on budget. It was very clear that a huge amount of time was spent by Fiona disseminating the information and shaping it into a user friendly format. We received multiple reports, all of which were comprehensive and well written.

The outcomes have been excellent and well received across the organisation. Feedback following a presentation and workshop has been extremely positive. Fiona’s presentation of the results was thoroughly engaging and we received complete buy-in from the various teams across the organisation.

It has been a pleasure to work with FN Research on this project. National Museums received excellent value for money and the result was a really valuable and actionable piece of research.

 

 






North Down Borough Council

North Down Borough Council utilised the services of FN Research for a market research project regarding a Temporary Revitalisation Project in Bangor and Public Realm projects in Bangor and Holywood in October and November 2012.

 

The main tasks to be completed were as follows:

 

  • Footfall counts
  • Opinion Surveys
  • Shopper Surveys

FN Research completed the tasks within the allocated timescale and returned all documentation required. FN Research were willing and helpful throughout the project, had a good understanding of the brief and offered a professional service throughout the duration of the project.
