We have an executive team of 5 experienced individuals from market research, marketing, management consulting and academic backgrounds, each with 10 or more years’ experience. We also have experience from both a client and agency perspective. We have 4 experienced group and depth moderators within the team. All data coding and charting are also carried out at executive level. We do not have junior team members, therefore ensuring that all elements of the project are handled by a senior staff member. Fiona is the main client contact on all projects. She adopts a very ‘hands on’ approach and whilst supported by other members of the team she is involved in the design of the solution, provides overall project management and inputs into the reports on the findings of every project.
Fiona Norman – Managing Director
She is an experienced research professional, having worked in a dedicated market research role for the past 28 years. She began her career in London with one of the big international research agencies and the returned to Northern Ireland a few years later to work for a local research agency. During this time she has worked with most of the top local blue chip companies, government departments and agencies and not for profit sectors. She is an experienced practitioner of both quantitative and qualitative methodologies. She is also a certified member of Market Research Society. She established FN Research in April 2011 and is now supported by a highly experienced and knowledgeable team.
Rachel Webb – Senior Consultant
Rachel spent over a decade in leading management consultancies in London and Belfast specialising in Research and Evaluation. She has worked with organisations and individuals from within the FMCG, retail, banking, tourism, health, town centre management, volunteering, and education and childcare sectors She joined FN Research in 2013 and during this time has been involved in numerous quantitative and qualitative studies. She now leads the depth interview team managing and delivering projects mainly focused on this methodology.
Lisa Gough – Consultant
Lisa is an experienced Business Analyst (12+years) in European Marketing and Financial Services. She has previously worked in Royal Bank of Scotland, Dun and Bradstreet and AC Nielsen, producing key business reports using media and sales statistics. Lisa joined FN Research in 2014. Her main specialism is analysing and reporting on quantitative surveys.
In addition we have 2 experienced associates to support the team in terms of group moderation and executive recruitment and interviewing. Both individuals have over 20 years of experience in their own specialism.
