As FN Research approaches the end of its fifth year of trading, we have decided to double our levels of Corporate and Social Responsibility.
This year we will continue to support entrepreneur ethos and spirit in the next generation through Young Enterprise, a charity the company has been working with for several years.
With this in mind, Fiona gave a presentation to over 120 year 12 pupils in Bangor Grammar School this week. It focused on her career, the company’s journey so far and what we look for in potential employees. The talk also included practical tips for interviews.
In addition to giving our time and support to Young Enterprise, we have also decided to give very practical support to Belfast Helping Homeless.
We are always told that most of us are only 3 pay cheques away from being homeless and some of the individual stories of those living on the streets of Belfast today are heart-breaking. So this week, we had a combined effort from staff to provide warm clothing, hats, gloves, scarves and sleeping bags for this worthy cause.
We rely on the support and co-operation of the general public and local business community to answer surveys and take part in qualitative research so we are delighted to be able to help these two different but equally worthy causes.
