In conjunction with our existing online panel provider, we are excited to offer fast, flexible and cost-effective in-home product testing that allows the product to be used how and when it was intended, rather in an artificial central testing location. This method provides the most valuable insight and is a cost-effective way to evaluate your product.

So, how does it work?

First of all, we identify potential participants from the online panel, and conduct the survey online so participants can provide feedback from where they tested the product at the point of usage. We can also dispatch any relevant products on your behalf if that’s required.

During one recent project on a new mayo variant, the panel evaluated aspects like the product’s taste, consistency, branding and likelihood to purchase.
